Anyone who has at least a passing interest will know that this guy appears to be totally out of touch with fans, and continues to damage the sport with constant stupid decisions.
His latest plan is for NO engine development for 3years. So teams start a season with an engine and will have to keep using it for 3years. Clearly some teams will have a better/more reliable engine than others, so they'll keep their advantage for 3years. Stupid, stupid idea!!
Please all sign! 784 people have done so already

Anyway, that rule was only suggested as a threat to get the GPMA members to sign up for the 2008 season before the end of the month.
If a team fails to sign up before the deadline, they will still be able to compete (should they eventually sign up) but will have no say in any proposed rule changes. He is calling the GPMA members bluff and as soon as they do sign up and the future of F1 is secure, they'll squabble over the rule changes.
But yeah, its time he was replaced. And then we'll start on Sepp Blatter but thats another thread.

Just read that all the GPMA teams have signed up and there is one more team place up for grabs (11 have registered). Applicants are Dave Richards (Prodrive), Paul Stoddart (European Minardi) Eddie Irvine (+ Russian backers) and Roger Penske (Penske Racing - Indy Cars).
And, Ferrari, Renault and Cosworth are pushing for a 5 year ban on engine development (modifications can be made on an annual basis with approval). 2 years more than Moselys' proposal.
