What a joke ... got stuck between J15 and J16 on my way to Bristol.

Took about 3 1/2 hours to do about 13 miles .

Would happily have put the guy out of his misery myself.

I think you are right to moan. Just imagine how easy it would be to paralyse the entire country for a few hours in the rush hour by having carefully located hostage incidents around a few choice sites. Not saying the Police handled the incident badly, but it is worrying how much chaos was caused.

I just managed to avoid it.

I live in Bristol, but was heading to London for the weekend, intending to go to an Irish pub to watch England stuff Ireland , so my weekend was complete cr*p [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img] [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

Fortunately I heard it on the radio, so took a huge diversion from 15 to 18, which was clear, as I think most people were trying to go 16 to 17 , and the other direction was completely stuffed , but it still added about an hour to the journey, and I missed the start of the game [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]
