Syed - The Apprentice

It's just the shear audacity of the bloke to sit there after the other's have stood up like some come of mis-understood genius, and that he's frustrated that AMS doesn't 'get' him. Incredible.

He's full of it... end of!
I hope to God he goes next week cos if he stays I think my missus is gonna kill the TV by throwing something at it - having just said that if he does stay and she breaks it then I could get myself that 42" plasma I've wanted for a while

Paul is a funny bloke but he's started biggin' himself up a bit too much. Michelle, who other than a fantastic pair of norks, could well be the dark horse. Ruth is apparently now a lesbian (according to a Sunday paper) and while that is totally irrelevant, was worth saying, could well have a chnace and Ansell just seems to be in the background most of the time. And Syed (who apparently is/was favourite) is a tosser who says 'I know sales and tis is my life' and then failed to get one throughout the day and only at thend did he get very lucky.
I reckon Ruth will...

Syed does have moments of doing very well and has talent, no doubt. However, he's a prat (but so many people are) and with moulding he could win. The problem is, as the weeks go on, he doesn't show any signs of moulding or maturing so I think Alan will just get sick of him as he's given him many chances to mature but it just isn't happening.
Ruth will do well, she's clearly more mature than Syed and more well rounded, however she is a bit annoying with her pseudo humility, she is rather arrogant methinks.

syed WILL not go next week...he's the star of the show (like it or not). he wont win of course , same as last year....keep the stars in till the end and pick the sensible one.
michelle out next (attitude of a 15 year old)
ansell out next
syed,ruth,paul in the final
paul to win....ruth is too sales minded. AS needs a boss for projects, not a one trick salesman/woman.

Isn't he the chap over on the Pistonheads Ferrari board, posts on there quite a bit, there was a long thread on his appearance on the show recently.
Drives a Ferrari I believe, so must be doing OK.

If Syed has been there then he gets my vote. Only I'm damn sure he hasn't. And if you fancy a real laugh, check out this site, with a chap who emailed all the contestants individually to ask the very important question...
If a grizzly bear got into a fight with a gorilla, who would win and why?

finished ages ago (last year)...it only takes 6-7 weeks to film the whole thing. They arent REALLY doing task a week!! what do you think they do all week in between ????
they do the tasks back to back and the TV edits it and presents it like a week at a time.

actually very few people know...they all quit their jobs and not all went back anyway...so the people that know are few in number.

I've just read this...........
"After the final task, two endings are filmed. The decision as to who Sir Alan hires is only made a few days before the final episode is shown."
According to Tim last year thats what happened.

makes sense....the BBC subsidise the £100k so its more TV show than job interview.

Ruth just gets down and gets on with the job. Syed sits there and pontificates about it for hours on end and then does nothing. Paul has a nasty streak. Ansell is a pussycat and no good whatsoever to SA. T'other girl is out next week.

The programme makers really do have a lot at stake and are after major glory/kudos. If everyone finds out beforehand it really takes it away from them.
Thoroughly enjoying the programme mind, even though I am frustrated by my inability to be able to say, "I know who wins!"
