Default My Bro just completed the London Marathon Today

He ran in aid of Cancer Research, and Kirstys Appeal

It was his first one, he does post on here as Sonicsbro although not that often

But he did his first one today , despite having injured knees through training, he completed in 4hours 42mins which I believe is a great time for a 1st, and its also the 1st time he has ever ran that far, (15 miles in training)

Just thought I would say WELL DONE Bro !!!!!!!!!!!!

I *was* going to do it a couple of years ago, we all got application forms, but mine must have got lost in the post

If i did it, I think I would have to go in some kind of costume of sorts

Oh by the way Bro, get your trainers on ebay, and your shorts etc, before you wash them, there is a huge market on there for that kind of stuff
