Thumbs down You've never had it so good...you're fired!

More utter incompetence arrogance and lies from a useless government minister.

Just when you think they can't possibly get any worse they manage to effortlessly sink to new depths.

Incredible!!

Roll on the local elections.

Yet another example of telling us exactly the opposite of what is really happening. Billy Boy was saying the same about it all as well.

Do they really think the general public is so stupid to believe what they are saying any more?

On my visit to the hospital yesterday they were saying that they are running out of staff to do the vitally necessary work now. Those that are there are doing their best, but there comes a limit to what can be done.

Wonder how long it will be before the great financial crash which seems to be just around the corner.

I can't believe they claim waiting lists are the shortest they've ever been. That's only because have to wait 3 months+ to join the list in the first place

Or as you approach the 6 month point they bounce you on to another list. Father in-law recieved his date for a knee op yesterday after over 7 years of being bumped from waiting list to waiting list. It's next month, when he is away on holiday.

If he cancels, he's been told he'll have to wait 3 months to get back on a physio assessment and then he'll be on that for 4 months again before he can see a consultant to be reassessed to see if he still needs his knee op. Then when he sees the consultant, the waiting list is still full so they bounce him off for another round of physio on an arthritic knee and so the merry-go-round continues.

This is often the reality - what we do not see, just get the spin and lies from NL. The truth is usually not quite as rosey as they would have you believe.

I can never understand where they get smiley nurses to pose with them on photoshoots when they visit these hospitals.

I presume they have lost the whole of the Health Service vote?

They give them the keys to the medicine cabinet 30 minutes before the photo shoot

They are probably told that if they don't smile, look delighted, and act politely they will be dismissed.

When will people no longer put up with the line they trot out -'We are learning from our mistakes and we are endeavouring to put things right'....

I'd vote for Tesco. If a company can make £2.25bn PROFIT per year,it must be doing something right.

Maybe the Government should take a look at how Tesco spends their money effectively..................
