Yeah Ive stopped watching now, its really crap that programme.
The only reason to watch used to be the shoot-out - when they do it in 2 sports cars with Tiff and Plato driving it can be really good, but in reverse?!!
And that car spy shot article was interesting *yawn*
They need to go back to a 30min show and cut the crap stuff.

It is indeed crap. You get a right good laugh with TG, 5th Gear never makes me smile.
VBH is bloody annoying, and so is that big hairy loon, Tom Ford i think his name is.
Only way TG could improve would be to copy the weekly competition idea - thats the only reason i watch 5th Gear (might get lucky one of these years!)

At least they come up with original ideas. I see that next week they're attempting to see if an old mercedes is indestructible. TG would never think of something original like that.

Fifth Gear need to stop f**king about and trying to be like Top Gear - which i think is just as bad, The thing is Fifth Gear has two extremley talented drivers i.e. Tiff and a certain Mr Plato - FFS do what your good at and stop reversing bleeding Golf GTI's.
What is it with car programs - what about a second hand Hot hatch shootout or M3 Vs Scoob Vs Evo now that would really get the juices flowing.
maybe a programme on how to make a cheap track day car - stuff that the average petrol head can relate to - not listening to that silly a*se with the beard.
I used to stick up for Fifth Gear but it is dissapearing down the plug hole like The Jeremy Clarkson show - er sorry i mean Top Gear.

Tiff at times can be a little annoying but, there are few mortals out there who can powerslide a car like him.
Likewise, Plato - after seeing him at Oulton Park recently drive a TC - hats off top him, that man can certainly drive, even VBH to a degree is a good circuit driver and Tom Ford - Er hold on i have it somewhere - er.
yeah thats it he's a motoring journalist - now he is crap
