ok i knew i hada paid this months phone bill and they had blocked my phone but i could still receive in coming calls,now 2day when i ring my number theres a dead tone can any1 give me any advice on it 2nite? have they tuned my phone off? and can they switch it on again ok?

btw its o2 threw the carphone warehouse

i had the same problem ring them off a different phone with all the details and say there must of been a mistake mine was paid my direct debit. so your best ringing carphone warehouse in the morning. it comes back on ok just takes about a hour

what ever you do dont go to t mobile and im deffo not going back to carphone warehouse when my contract ends they are total morons!

they will have my pic and warning underneath at every carphone warehouse in the country when im finished

got mine thru cpw had the same problem and they took ages to switch fone back on, when they did eventually do it they gave me a diff account number but same fone number and charged me for ending contract early
1st i new was when i had letter from debt collector
few fone calls and emails to cpw telling em to stick charges up there **** not heard nowt from em since
