Basically same as PMR but they take 2 professional tuners ( i say that in the weakest of terms) give them both the same car (first episode was a honda saloon) give them 2 weeks and $15000 to create a 'unique' idea for the car then they get judge by the Oriental/american guy from the Fast and the Furious whoever wins keeps both cars and goes through to the next round.
