Default what do teenagers like?

My teenage (13 and 15) neighbours are looking after my house, garden and cats (under supervison of their mum) whilst Im on holiday and I dont know what to get them as a thank you.

Previously I have bought a Blockbusters voucher to cover a couple of films, wine/soft drinks munchies etc for the family but the kids arent really into watching films with mum and dad anymore.

I'd give them cash but I paid them for some chores they did the other week and their mum isnt too keen on them having money (they dont strike me as the type to go blow it on a couple of bags but......)

So if anyone has any sensible suggestions please let me know

Im off tomorrow morning but promise to thank people when i get back

p.s. their hobbies include death metal, playing the drums, flute (?) and camping so not a lot to go on

Nice idea but their mum only accepts token gifts - she'd never tell me if they could go!

TBH they would probably tell their mum, apart from the occasional blast of gerbil eating rock monsters, they have to be the quietest, politest and frankly most dull teenagers I've ever met - and the best I could ever live nextdoor to

Flute + camping - I wonder what you could get them "this one time"? Anyone else having an "American pie" moment?

I remember when I was at school a couple of prefects were left in charge of feeding their well meaning neighbors pets, they decided to have a few Friends over whilst they were away who decided to invite a few of their Friends. Next thing you know people are pouring vinegar in the beds, fairy liquid in the toilet cisterns, shatting in the garden and drinking their 12 year old malt whiskey. not to worry you at all

do they make wooden spoons in your size?

I have no concerns at all. Last time I went on holiday they cleaned the fish out for me too so I gave barney and fred a new home... I visit occasionally but dont pay maintenance.
