Now i dont think i am the only male to have this opinion but do you get the feeling that women in general can spin a yarn better than us guys ??

Like most men, I practice the art of "selective listening". I can process hours of conversation without having to listen to the content unless certain "red flag" phrases occur. For example: "So, should we buy one?" "you'll have to redecorate" "Shall we go to my mothers this weekend?"
This way, I never need to know why Jemima at work is such a bitch or what on earth Steve sees in her.
