The prime minister urged Iraqis to join politcal dialogue rather than violence, vowing to "carry on on the same path... by killing all the terrorists".
Not the best editing in the world!
Lets all hope for a day we have a world where people don't feel the need to take the dark path that he chose in life and no-one will have cause to feel glad about the death of another human being. I think only then will whoever or whatever is upstairs will be happy with us humans.
Ok, very funny guys, who switched my bitter cynic pill for a hippy pill this morning?!!!

Islam really is one religion I'd like to see disappear, I know they claim to be peace loving and all that, but the real world just doesn't bear this out.
Who exactly do muslims like? They don't like Jews (Israel), the don't like Hindus (India/Paksistan), they don't like the West in general(USA/Europe/Aussies), they don't even like each other, hence the Sunnis and Shirs fighting in Iraq. Oh, they don't like the Kurds either.
Am I being simplistic, or is Islam the common denominator in all these conflicts?

It's sad to see so much anti-Islamic feeling. It's just unfortunate that Islam/Muslims has/have been associated with extremism. I would think 99% of muslims just want to get on with their day to day lives without violence etc just as 99% of people from all other religions want the same thing.

Sad really.
Sad really.
I remember Ho Chi Minh saying 'You can kill ten of our men for every one we kill of yours. But even at those odds, you will lose and we will win' regarding the Vietnam war, and it seems this situation will re-occur.

I personally think the Anti-Islam sentiment is justified, I notice no-one has argued against my point that it is muslims who are involved in all the different conflicts round the world.

There seems to be a hell of a lot of (so called) Christians (to pick just one religion other than Islam) involved in conflicts around the world too. Why not slate them too?
My personal belief is that religion is waste of time, causes no end of conflict, and is nothing but an outdated method of population control.
If I'm wrong about that, I'm fully prepared to apologise in person to the Supreme Being (of whichever domination He, She, or It may be) in person when my time comes.
John.

It's simply not possible to reconcile the above with any religion that views the existance of other religions as a threat or will not tolerate their views.
Faith inhererently involves acceptance that you might be wrong!

He is a Muslim and i am glad he is dead. If he was a just a 'norma'l Musim man, woman or child just tring to live a normal life then i would be sorry and upset and that would be a waste of a life.
