Default anyone flown with excel?

Booked a flight on t'internet, money gone from my account but still no email confirmation. Been on hold for 33 minutes now, bloody hell, now Ive been cut off

Anyone else flown with em and know whether you actually need the confirmation? Ive got a booking ref

I've been with them, a booking reference should be enough, think I just gave them my name at the check in

we flew to spain and back with them last week. email confirmation took ages, but as long as you have the reference, that's fine. when we arrived home, the letter confirming our booking had just arrived!
