No direct experience but they are available - http://www.multimap.com has a link I believe as they're trying to get Palm OS users to access via Internet (
for download speed
)
Compaq has solutions for it's iPaq but very American.
Benefone for a GPS device on a mobile phone.

Hi Dunc
One of the guys had a Magellan GPS sleeve for sale on here a short while back - it'd be worth doing a search in the 'for sale' section and see if you can touch base with him.
What I didn't understand and can't find the answer to is how much memory gets swallowed up on the Palm when you down load a map.
Cheers

thanks folks,
I went to the GPS Warehouse (just round the corner from my office) and guess what - they can't get enough Magellan GPS Companions to satisfy demand, so they must be good.
