Cape Verde Islands--OK for a winter break ?
I have looked at a couple of holiday review type web sites but just wondered if anyone had been to the Cape Verde Islands for a holiday, especially a winter break, and would care to pass an opinion about the place ? We are thinking of a short break there in January as opposed to the Gambia.

Havnt been there but friend raced there an back ( yots) - enjoyed himself - pretty laid back as far as i could tell . One day ill get there ...
