Default Question about NIP (not the usual question either)

My friend who is over from America has received a NIP for a 37 in a 30 from a fixed camera. The car is registered to her, but she is driving on a US licence.

Now a 37 in a 30 in good old Lancashire usually means a speed awareness course option instead of points and a fine.

Being as they can't issue points against a US licence will she just have to pay the fine if she opts not to go and listen to some self righteous sanctimonious hypocrite waffling on about how speed kills (Yawn).

If she does that can they then put points on any future UK/EU licence if she were to one day get one.

Thanks in advance,

Just a fine, that's all...... and they can't 'add' points at a later date should she get a EU/UK licence.......

But more to the point..... is she tasty?
