FlyBe fly direct, BHX to GLA. So much nicer than a coach, don't you think?

Ha bloody ha. I'd prefer to take my chance with one of those, than be stuck on a coach next to a **** like you.

Cheers for that

That isn't the whole journey, the rest of the journey only has one operator so I haven't got a choice on that leg of the journey. I'd be travelling once a month and only for a couple of days, so the total coach journey of about 14 hours each way would be a tad unrealistic. In any case, if I don't fly, I'll use my car. 8 hours each way, but about a third of the cost of the flight.....

Well you will be traveling some time, or are you too poor to afford it?

5 hours ish to Glasgow - then another 2-3 hours drive after Glasgow. I'd be flying to Glasgow, then a second 25 minute flight from Glasgow.

Default flights

Check out http://www.skyscanner.net
This site searches all the low cost airlines for all the european routes, saves having to go from one airlines web page to the next. Also shows the prices in a "bar graph" format so if you are flexible with dates you can choose the cheapest time to travel.

It's a great site
