Currently looking for a new deal for my wife and was wondering if anyone has done some shopping around recently and unearthed some bargins. I was looking at 'three' for her earlier this year - are they still the best?
She's not a big txt user and isn't looking for the latest/greatest handset - just a simple/small flip phone.
Cheers
Richard.

Not too sure on the best current deals, but I found 3 to be very poor for service, when I had handset problems, everyone I know who has used 3 has found the same too, would avoid totally

vodaphone are a bit pricey and get better tarrifs else where but as far as signal and if you wanna use abroad they are the best. Couldn't get anywhere near the plan i wanted or do the phone i wanted for free.
3 seem to be cheapest but signal can be an issue and i heard bad things about customer suport.
O2 seem ok (who i'm with now) chepaest calling plan for the amount for calls i use and can get phone i want for free.
not had much dealings with the rest

yup, i would agree with that. i have just cancelled my contract with them. Totally scammed. sold me a 12 month contract and sent out the contract form 18 days after the initial acceptance.
Read the T&C and its an 18 month contract.
took alot of arguing and letters from trading standards. Plus, when you call them, you cannot speak to english speaking people, its a total nightmare
