Dead arm

Is there anything you can do to relieve a 'dead arm'?? got injured yesterday and its still quite dead today but i have a golf match tonight?? any suggestions, apart from dont play the golf match lol

Not really much you can do for this mate. The heat rub might help a bit, but its the brusing to the muscle thats the problem and will just take a bit of time to heal up like any other injury
