Went to the Goodwood Revival meeting this weekend. Really tremendous to see all those historic racing cars from so many years back and also to see them being "wrung out" on the track. There was some very good driving to be seen. We had a smile or two when Rowan Atkinson spun his Mk VII Jaguar on the way out of Woodcote. Didn't seem to slow him down on the next lap though.
Our high spot was when my old school friend spotted Murray Walker in the paddock. I went up to him and we had a ten minute chat when I reminded him that he interviewed me before a race I was driving in at at Oulton Park a few years ago just in case our race was televised. He told us that his dad Graham Walker caused the Rudge 'bike to be called a Rudge Ulster when he won the 1928 Ulster GP on one. He really was my favourite commentator, Murrayisms and all!

Haha no it wasn't Dieseldog. I went in my RAF uniform best blue as my part of dressing in '50's style. PSL will call them my overalls of course. ![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I enjoyed the flying displays as well of course, I was really impressed at the Typhoons doing a vertical display under low cloud and going into the cloud at the tops of the looping manoeuvres.
