Has anyone seen Crysis?
Neither the 360 or PS3 can cope and they aren't planning to do a toned down version for console for a while.
Many games slated for PC release are subsequently toned down in order to be compatible with consoles.
I'll be sticking to my trusty box.

XBox 360's are better anyway.
PGR3 is awsome. Currenty playing Hit Man Blood Money. Pure Class.
Can't wait for Halo 3 to come out. Best shoot-em up by far.

Well yes, if I'm completely honest it is a bit worrying how much its going to cost to upgrade my PC to run it properly.

Forgot to add - this delay will cost a lot of people a lot of money. It's not good for the industry and could well result in a lot of folks at the sharp end of the game development industry losing their shirts.

Mind you, I used to like Metrocross on the Atari ST.
I wonder if you can get it on the PC... <off to search on google>

Main people affected will be UK retailers...and I can't say what I'd like to say about that on a public forum

Still - I'm certainly looking forward to Dead Rising tomorrow if the demo was anything to go by

The PS3 will have to be better than the Xbox by a significant margin to justify this wait!
IMHO, it may well be technically superior, but whether this will translate to superior games is questionable; much as with the last generation of consoles.
What will really matter is the quality of console exclusive titles and the breadth of quality titles available. On the latter, thanks to the lengthy delays, the 360 will have a big advantage, on the former, well Sony doesn't have the edge it once had with -for example- the GTA franchaise. Also, the next Resident Evil will be available for the 360.
