how about phonong up your insurance company and asking ?

you usually have to give them a list of cars you have for sale so they can guage what sort of price bracket you are dealing with so they can adjust your premium to suit .

there are specialist companies that can do this . not sure of any myself but im sure any car mag will have the answer .

you also want to apply to the dvla to get trade plates . if you even only have to drive one car a year with out tax it is worth it

I used to insure via a company called tradex, seemed reasonable at the time, I'd expect a bill of 1.5 -5k depending on the sort of cars and your age.

Also worth bearing in mind, if you claim of a traders policy you only get trade value back not retail.

Tradex belong on the Pirates thread.

Incredibly high premium for crap cover.

Drop me a line offlist and I'll put you in touch with a specialist broker who may be able to help. He's just done a cracking policy for my magazine

ive been with mma for the last 5 years, never had a problem mind you i havent claimed lol

they will ask you what percentage you do, ie sales mechanic, just say 100 % sales, sdp cover, demonstration cover is around £100 extra

i pay £700 for my cover mind you imlimited to each claim for £7500 but seing as i dont sell cars that dear its not a problem

as long as im fully comp and can drive anything i dont care, im not covered for motor homes motor bikes and recover vehicles that carry more than two cars
