Smells on the opposite sex
Had a discussion with a mate in the pub last night
He reckons that your partner should smell of what you deem smells nice, which is think i a very shallow comment
I definitely wouldn't by an aftershave which i hated and wear it just because the missus liked it
Discuss.........
PS - I am an aftershave *****, last count = 24 bottles

Sure at first a smell is a nice or not nice thing to experience but with a long term partner I find a smell is more routine. I can get in bed and smell my other half on the covers.... People have a smell about them whether theyre wearing aftershave/perfume etc and that routine is something you find nice and comforting. As for what people should wear and why Id say you should wear something that both like the smell off, Id like to think if the woman was looking at perfume and I said god that stinks awful then she wouldnt buy it.

I have often told women their perfume doesnt smell nice and they never wear it again. Its the same if you say they look fat in an item of clothing...they never wear it again.

Its more complex than what they wear, there are pheromones mixed in, depending on the type of pheromone we can experience more attraction to one person than another, its all down to some kind of compatibility matrix, its all been worked out. Its funny, you meet a girl and she may look great but if there is nothing there for you, part of that is an incompatiability at this level, might be other things but its very powerful.

Hmmm, my new g/f doesn't seem to wear perfume or any distinct deo as far as I can tell. Not that she smells bad, she's very clean, but I would like her to have some distinct smell to remember her by (soppy git I know!).
Now how do I put it to her without implying that she needs a good wash?
