Hi guys

I hope this is isn't against the forum rules!

I have just bought a phone off of ebay - its a Motorola V3688. I used to have one of these years ago and it is the best phone I have ever owned.

Its currently locked to Orange and I'm on Vodafone. Don't really want to pay to get it unlocked as it will cost more than the phone! Does anyone have any software for this?

I did find some but on a very dodgey website and my gut told me to steer well clear.

Any help much appreciated.

Most markets have a mobile stall that will do it for a fiver or so

Someone posted a link on here a while back that went to a site which told you how to unlock the phone. No downloads, just info (without warranty, obviously).

I tried it on an old Nokia and it worked a treat... Needless to say I can't find it now, though
