Ive recently moved from Bristol to High Wycombe for my job, and Ive decided Im going to get all my post delivered to Wycombe. Who do I need to inform that my address has changed?

- Mobile phone company

I need to get on the voting register, and get off it in Bristol, anyone know how I go about doing this?

Electoral role should be posted through your door anyway, but you may have missed it. Some councils offer online registration, but give them a call anyway.

DVLA need to be informed (legal requirement) you probably should also inform you insurer.

Other than that, anybody you get post from.

Get in touch with the post office and get your mail re-directed for 12 months, as anything comes through re-labelled by the PO (it is obvious), write to the sender!

Mortgage company
Phone
Mobile
Bank
Building Society
Electric
Gas
Water
Any catalogues/mailing lists (e.g. old uni in my case) etc that you want to still mail you
TV license
Sky/cable if you have it
Broadband (be warned this rarely moves in much under a week!)
DVLA - Driving License + V5
house insurance
car insurance
trackstar/tracker/whatever if you have it
Any professional institutes etc you're members of
Any investments etc companies you have (ISAs in my case)
Council (Council tax)
Electoral roll
Doctors/Dentists etc
Your employer
Your Tax Office
Any pension administrators/companies
Royal Mail - set up a 3 / 6 month redirect from the post office to ensure you pick up any "stragglers"

Finally, any friends you still want to see!
