So how has this came about then.....

Been using my mail address for a couple of years now and after a little while Spam fairies decided that I couldn't get it up and that I need 3-4 adverts for Vi@gra etc in my inbox every morning............
This has gone on for a while and although a little annoying you just delete them and get on with it.
Now the Spam fairies seem to think my tackle is fine and that I now need to lose weight, so now it's 3-4 morning emails about munching wee pills instead of big cakes.......no more vi@gra adverts for me.
Wonder what the next thing will be

3 or 4 a day, you lucky begger, I get over 100 spam emails a day at my work account coming in on a Monday morning and sorting out 350 mails is not pleasant.

If you're getting a lot of spam, might I suggest that you go to,

Spam Filter for Outlook - Outlook Express and Servers - SPAMfighter

Download their programme. From memory it's free for 30 days. It grabs almost all spam and you can actually teach it to make it better.
