I bought one of the original Bluetooth Headsets when they first came out along with one of my friends.
I found the headset to be a little too large for my ear and feels bulky when compared to the normal hands free, volume was too low but worst of all, I could hear perfectly but the people I was speaking to thought I was in a tunnel [remember TACS].
The battery life of the phoneis seriously reduced in bluetooth mode [but you knew that] so you need a spare battery and your old portable handsfree.
My friend complained of headaches when using his h/set.
I know Ericsson are working on a next gen headset which will not be as bulky and have better battery life.
For now, the bluetooth headset is a very good indication of how our ways of communicating will change dramatically in the very near future. The headset has very good posability factor, I was questioned constantly whenever wearing my one. If that's what you want, cool. But its a much better pose to take a picture using a bluetooth adaptor ...
