Man Bags - a good thing or not?

I've lived in Spain for a year now and am starting to embrace being a 'European' - I kiss women on both cheeks now without grabbing their ****, I eat lot's of typically mediterrean foods, have learnt Spanish (badly) and I've even got a suntan at last. However, I'm worried I may now be embracing styles and fashions as well.
In the big cities local to me (Malaga and Seville) the young guys carry 'man bags' - like a handbag but used for 'man' things....They are like a record/courier bag type thing and they take them everywhere.
I just want to know - is this a big no-no or not for a hetrosexual type of guy? Bare in mind we have to carry ID and our driving docs around etc, it could make sense. So....man bags; new fashionable accessory or a definate no-no?

i have 2.
i put my laptop in them when i take my laptop out. less visible than a laptop bag.
don't usually use them other than that.
they're not gay either!
we don't club women anymore and drag them around by their hair you know![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
any of you manbags-are-gay peeps use moisturiser or hair products?

The accepted Dutch expression for one of those things is a "flikker tas" i.e. a "gay bag".
There really is no good reason for a heterosexual man to even entertain the possibility.

It would seem that by adding the word 'man' in front of another word actually means 'gay' or 'female like'.......... as in 'Man - bag' or even 'Man - breasts'

I struggle to think what you would actually put in one that could not be put in your wallet/pocket.
Other than Hairspray/make up/purse/rampant rabbit, obv.
To be fair, if one of my mates had a man bag, I wouldn't call him gay, he would simply be a cvnt

They can all relate to feminine like things.
Man hole (as in bumming)
Man ager (as in a cvnt)
