Question Renting out house - tenancy agreements ?

Anyone know if these can be downloaded anywhere or has anyone got a sample I could have a look at ?????

he is now saying he is using the bond for this months rent, rent is due on the 25th waiting to see what happens, i will repost and let you know how it go's
i went to see a property solictor £100 :shock: for 30 mins and he said if i remove (without violence) expect to pay this guy around 19k in compo...yes 19grand im hoping hes moving ... but im not holding my breath

You can ask a local estate agent to do an agreement for you if you already have someone in mind to move in.
