I have seen thefreeinternet.net, prepay £99 for one year with a free dial up.

There are a lot to choose from. But paying up front and personnaly I have not heard of that ISP. Q, Will it be here in 12 months...

dumped AOl due to increasing instability,unreliability and er,kiddy browser.Gone with Tiscali for £14.99 and its damn good with some handy software for helping with dodgy connections.
