for the record i am a supporter of the police

but

a guy i know was knocked off his motorbike by a woman who cut across 3 lanes of traffic to catch the slip road. despite being thrown about 20 feet from his bike he's ok.
despite several witnesses and her own admission the police say they would struggle to even get a conviction for driving with undue care and that he should forget it as she seems a nice lady and she is very sorry.

his new R6 is a right off and more importantly he could of been killed or seriously injured.

shouldnt the police be looking to get these drivers off the road. no wonder nobody is safe on the roads.

This makes me F*cking mad!!!!!!!!! The concern here is that it might require some real work to secure a conviction and that's what they can't be bothered with. The issue of course is that this is the kind of driving that gets people maimed on our roads!!

I bet you any money if there happened to be a speed trap 1 mile before the accident spot and the women drove through it at 85mph then the accident would never have happened because she'd be getting prosecuted for going 15mph over the 70mph limit Total joke

Yet they'll happily hound an old granny, arrest her and charge her with assault, for shouting at, then grabbing a little chav for throwing stones at her house.
