![Question](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/icons/icon5.gif)
should a good amount of water be drank when excercising or should it be restricted?
Doesnt water remove the biproducts of burning energy?
but isnt water the main amount of loss when 1st excersising?
any ideas?

Drink water.
You want to be losing fat, not water when exercising.
I always put Ribena in mine, as drinking plain water (tap water) isn't very tasty.
