Download Net Transport and its possible, use this web site :-
YouTube Downloader
Paste in the link for the youtube vid, this will give you the link to the actual streaming video, copy and paste that into the Net Transport program and wala... Works for me

If you use a Mac, in Safari you can select the activity button and then in the list you will see the relevant file streaming in. Double click it and the file will download to your Mac
