Sky HD/DVD???
I am getting sky hd installed as i am geting a new tv/dvd does anyone know the following:
1 If you record a hd program on to a dvd hard drive does it play back in HD?
2 Sky supply the HDMI lead on instalation if the dvd has also got a HDMI socket does that mean i need another one to link the tv, or does the the sky supplied lead go straight in to the DVD and then feed to the tv?

1. The HD prog will record onto DVD in HD only if it is an HDDVD recorder.
2.SKY lead can go into DVD then another HDMI onto the TV but you would need to have HDMI input and output on the DVD for it to work correctly.
