I would guess that to get more than one red blob you'd need at least (at most?) to have a repuation total of -50. I know +50 gives you two green blobs, so it would make sense that -50 would give you two red blobs.

The lowest I've heard about so far is -19. Didn't seem to prevent the user from posting though.

davyboy, you should post a screenshot of your "Latest Reputation Received" so we can see the funny comments, plus of course proof of your badass status

What you really need is for a couple of the people with two green blobs to give you negative reputation, that'll lower things nicely.
