Accident at work (Scotland) How to ...
Go about getting a claim for loss of earnings ?
Anyone got any ideas ?
The accident happened at the place of work & has caused the person to take a few weeks off work. The person is paid a very low basic & is commission based to make up the rest.
Company havent directly took blame but are aware that it is there fault.
If that makes any sense. Just trying to help out a friend
