After allowing my cursor to glide over my reputation green thingy i was a little suprised to see i appeared to have an "iffy" rating.(less than 10. Ive never been popular )
I then cast my cursor over other peoples "rep" and most have an average of 10, however............there are a certain few on hear, not mentioning any names that appear to have a rep of well over 50 , some 150+.
Now some of these certain "very popular" users, have been described as generally obnoxious and arrogant (although entertaining imo) but on the same hand have very good rep. There has even been past threads requesting moderators to ban 1 or 2 of them.
"Ive got an idea, you give me some positive rep and ill do the same for you"

I get plenty of half-arsed negative reps. ..... from spineless weasels who are too scared to leave their name!!
Lots appear in grey so do nothing
Many more Greens make up for the few Reds by a factor of about 4:1
To those cowards who refuse to leave their names .......

Yup, rep is shown on the user cp.
As for who sent the comments, the option appears not to be enabled for the usergroup we all belong to. Depending on software version, there is a per usergroup option that allows you to display who left the reputation, something I think should be enabled as it could well stop people from being petty if they know you're going to see who said what to you.
