c.9,500,000 calories per litre of petrol.

hmm.....

I burn about 1000 calories cycling 20 miles so If I drank petrol I would get about 190,000 miles per litre?

In answer to 1 - stop mixing your units, you mean c.7500 calories in a kilo of fat, cf 9.5m in a litre of petrol.

In answer to 2 - maybe, but I'm sure your emissions would increase
