i dont know where to start really. for one, how could a dyxlexic cop write down a number plate and be sure he got it right?

Confounded by the fact people misspace them and generally make them illegible.

exactly, and when you were stopped for speeding you could say that he had writen it down wrong
surely writing correctly would be a basic requirement?

You would have thought so! However bearing in mind he/she was probably bullied for it at school I doubt he/she would admit it!
