inheritance, how is money divided? Fishy one...
Ok weird situation here - Mum's (multi-milionaire) cousin (who was very close to our family) dies suddenly recently, turns out he's been married for 5days. 
'Apparently' he left no will... so new wife gets everything (talking a very substantial sum here). Had he not been married this money would have gone to his aunt (my gran) who would be next-of-kin (he had no kids etc).
My family dont seem to see anything amiss with this, however to me this seems a bit wrong - things which have been in the family for generations (inc family businesses etc) now being sold off, and all proceeds go to the new (already very wealthy due to 1 previous big-money divorce) wife?
IMO my family should be contesting this? What are peoples views here? Any solicitors on here?
