Been with wanadoo/orange for 2 years on 30gb a month package for £28.
In this time i have recieved 3 letters to say i am using more than my 30gb allowance.[last letter mid Oct 2006].
So right me thinks need to cut back, then i notice orange have released UNLIMITED broadband......
(note the unlimited monthly downloads (fair use policy applies) in the ad)

SO i switch to the unlimited package @ £19.99 a month 8mb, so i think no more letters........
6 weeks down the line they are cutting me off as i hit 100gb in a month!!
(well it is Christmas )

I'm sure the package says "unlimited" subject to FUP, which dont say alot only peak time 6pm to 11pm, no mention of limited d/loads anywhere.

Spoke to them on the phone and they say its limited to 2gb a month WTF!!
Surely unlimited means unlimited not max 2gb a month!!

This has to be a case of false advertising?? as what they say is not the case, anyone else had any probs??? or got any ideas of my next course of action?

get this with tiscli all the time,

if you dont d/l (p2p) between 6pm & 11PM all week then its fair game and anything goes

if you do dl p2p betwen these times, then they manage your acc ??

but once i pointed out they were overcharging me, they shut up

but i still get the occasional one

I can see the fairness NOT to d/load at peak times BUT.... why have a 2gb a
month limit on an Unlimited package??

What d/load limit you got with tiscli and whats the monthly payment?

The Orange/Wanadoo that I have is nowt but a bloody nightmare! And everytime I have a prob I get a barely literate Indian call centre. Extremely frustrating!
