Les. Square in the heart of London, £15+ a ticket. This, though, includes the advantages of being offered drugs outside by the various dealers, or begged for "Any spare Change".

Check out the online fees for Showcass Cinemas. As I got some VIP (Premier) tickets for Casino Royale for £4.50 +50p booking!!!

Thats the normal ticket price, but includes:

Extra wide sofa, Private bar/seating area serving (expensive) alcohol, small box of Celebrations, and a plate of nibbles including Nachos, salsa, porfiteroles, choccy sauce, and two large muffins all included.

Just don't dip your profiterole in the salsa like I did

Who cares how much it costs? I gave up going to the cinema years ago.

Firstly, there is always a team of basketball players sporting afros in the row in front of me. Behind me sits someone with a dippy girlfriend who has to be given a running commentary on the entire film. On either side of me are people rustling sweet wrappers and loudly munching popcorn.

On top of all that, around halfway through the film, despite not drinking fluids for a week in preparation, I become desparate for the loo.

I always wait for stuff to arrive at Blockbusters. There hasn't been a film created for over a decade that has tempted me back into the cinema.

I gave up on cinemas ages ago due to me disliking the idea of sharing my viewing space with talking strangers with crispy noisey yum yums who throw round as much as the chew.
Then I went back recently after about 12 years, just to kill a few hours on an afternoon and to show the missus I wasnt a complete biggot, having refused to go for the three years previous that we had been together.
Firstly I was amazed at the price, yep - Cineworlds website (at least last week) gave price information and I was made aware of the peak time £6.50 per adult cost.
Plus it helps not watching kiddy films. I chose Hostel the first time so even though the film itself was dire, there were no kiddies to annoy me (in fact only 5 other people in the whole room except for us ).
The second time I went was to watch Bond, James Bond. Better film but full of kids and a less enjoyable viewing experience.
So for me and the missus, I can go to Cineworld to watch a film: £13 to get in plus £5 for nibbles (popcorn and cola). We have to watch it surrounded by welks, chavs, kids and sweaty people and we have to park in a poorly lit unsecure car park. Plus side? I can tell my friends I have seen a film before them (woohoo) and make out that its 'so much better on the big screen'
OR, I can wait a few months, pay £3.75 at Blockbuster (or rip off the torrent sites for free) and watch it on my home cinema... No distrubances, pause when I need to pee, choose my own snackables, not worry about whats happening to my car etc...
Thinking it through, I dont understand why I started going back...

Strange, this always happens to me, which is why I wait for the DVD release and watch it in the comfort of my own home.

You forgot to mention the peeps behind kicking your seat......

I'm too grumpy to appear on that show. You should've heard my rant about agencies and umbrella comapnies this morning. No, actually, you shouldn't.
