I thought he had only ever been convicted once? A repeat offender is one who re-offends after punishment, not someone who commits multiple offences surely?

Paul Gadd was convicted of possesing child **** in the UK and served time (if you could call it that)for this. Gadd then left the UK anf moved about the far East, was kicked out of Cambodia and settled in Vietnam. Gad was then convicted of molesting two preteens in Vietnam.
He showed no remorse and yet agian he pleaded not guilty, it was not him.
Once he left the UK he headed out towards well known hot spots for Pedofiles - the Far East where you can buy kids for sex for a little money. Luckily he was caught. Sadly he abused two young girls, maybe more!

I would call him a recidivist, repeat offender whatever you like. What else would you call him?


I would call him a menace to children and should be kept away from them although this will probably affect Gadd's civil rights.
