Upgraded to this phone, delivered this morning and still trying to get the battery cover off (5 hours later). WTF is going on, my fingers are red raw, I know its not rocket science but has anyone got any tips?

I've got the same phone - my battery cover just slides off...

I just apply a bit if pressure just to the left of where it says "2.0 Mega Pixels" on the back and it slides off to the left no problem..

 

try the face warp when you get done its funking funny :@}

 

iv got one make sure you delete your call list other wise it'll be phoning the last person you called in your pocket or sending them a video message without you knowing.l agree the face warp is mint!

yeah - have the same problem with my k800i. had to use a little persuasion (knife blade!!)

i have the same phone and it locks when you close it !! so mine doesn't call people on it's own !
why does yours ??

 

Don't really want to put a knife to it!

After 1 hour onto Customer services they are gonna send a replacement out. Hope that one will be ok as it looks a cracking phone.

 

It under 'organiser' then 'applications' then there it is FaceWarp

Apart from not getting the cover off whats the phone like? I have an upgrade now but not sure what too get....

btw, i had the same problem with my W800i. The battery cover was a pain to get off.... In the end i broke one of the little catches inside off but it went on and off a lot better after..
