I'm hoping that this huge oak tree behind will be blown down, provided it doesn't land on my office, so that we can get more light into the garden but the chances are minimal.
So far, little damage.

Unbelievable! Next door's gum tree has come down - right across our garden. What a result - some serious chainsaw action over the weekend and having had a few convos about coppicing it last summer, nature has done the work for me!

Not idea what state the garden is in but part of the suspended ceiling in the main office has buckled.
If anyone wants me, I'll be under my desk <goes to look for hard hat>

Just watched the field shelter (must weigh a ton and a half) get lifted through a post and rail fence and ditched about 30M away getting totalled in the process.
Spoke to the NFU re starting a claim and I got the feeling I wasn't the first to have called and certainly won't be the last.
Cheers

Tried to patch it and make good and got clobbered good and proper by it when a gust caught it and it made a bee-line for my head!?*&!

Southern ponces....
Didn't hear us Scots complaining about our 70-80mph gales for the last 3 weeks
Moan moan moan .......
A wee bit wind for one day and you all get upset
Who needs fences, sheds and roofs anyway
