planning,the bloke w are buying the house of was selling it with parking and he has took that of us now,but we found out today that when he built the 2 houses next to us(we are renting the house at the momment)in the regulations he had to give everybody parking spaces,as it is in a court yard
(he owned the four houses in that court yard).would this mean he would have to sell our house with parking ??
hope it makes sence ??
