It's a really gradual process that you don't readily notice. I stopped 9/4/05 and I can think back to how I felt (physically and psychologically) and there has been a vast improvement
Stick with it, it will bother you less and less every day.
I stil get the occasional craving (which lasts for about 2 seconds maybe once a week!!) and it brings a smile to my face knowing that I'm no longer chained to feckin nicotine....
You will feel better but you've got to make other changes to appreciate it... ie. more exercise to feel the increased capacity in your lungs etc

You have done well, stick with it, it does take a while to feel all the benefits, except for the instant cash boost.
Best way to think about it is that stopping vastly improves your chances against listening to your doctor telling you that you have got small cell lung cancer!
