A Land Rover Discovery or a Daihatsu Charade?
The Daihatsu Charade (when it is a rental) until one of the tyres delaminates and leaves the rim (ooopps, sorry Avis

I once owned a 600cc Daihatsu Domino, the most reliable, most fun, most abused car I've ever owned![Thumb](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif)
That shifted off road too, low clearance meant it behaved more like a sledge than a car, but it got the job done![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
For it's party piece, it was narrower than the gap between the large majority of bollards in my area, so when you were in a rush to get to the pub on a Friday after work, you could squeeze through gaps, and down alleyways that would make John Prescott breathe in

I forgot to say it is an automatic!
Avis are very upset about the tyre - but what can you do.
I agree about the sledge profile - I looked underneath and was surprised not to see more damage!
Still runs fine though

There's a dent in the roof of my Land Rover from where my head hit it after bouncing over a few large ruts a wee bit too fast. ![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
.....Blew the o-rings out the shock absorbers and consequently losing all the oil making the thing bounce like a pogo stick.
Still at £25 a pair, I'm not moaning
