all i am asking is for you lot to send a e-mail to youtube and tell them to un ban him takes minutes to do i cant tell you why he was banned for legal reasons but he did nothing wrong! look up mordeth13 on yt

Get used to it. Youtube used to be run by a one man band and thus was essentially 'free' as nobody could be bothered with the hassle of trying to sue him. Google in their infinate wisdom bought it and of course, being a big company, are totally open so legal wrangles. As such Youtube will increasingly be controlled and moderated to the point where people will just go elsewhere to post their dodgy, illegal or irresponsible videos.

Who banned him and why? If it was YT, it's because YT is no longer a guy in his basement which is the point I'm making. YT is going to change.........a lot!!

Someone said he was gonig to sponsor him by giving him a helmet cam. The guy who runs the company (called Shawn) was stringing mordeth along, and telling various lies. e.g. "it's already shipped" and he gave him a tracking number for a fictitious shipment.
All mordeth did was rant about this guy, calling him a liar. Which he is.
Youtube are quite happy to make billions of dollars from their contributors' hard work, but it seems they don't mind sh1tting on them at the first sign of trouble.
