It's shown on Sky One the following Weds at 10pm and Sky Two the following Sunday at 7pm (before the new epsiode on Sky One at 10pm)

Confirmed, aired on a weds in the US and then shown on the Sun in the UK.

Lost is shown in North America on a Wednesday night. The precise time depends on the timezone you are in and wether you have timeshifting on your cable/satalite system. Usually I get to see it either at 7 or 8pm EST. There is usually a torrent about two or so hours after that.

As for the UK. Sky One shows the latest episode on a Sunday at 10pm and it's repeated on the Wednesday at 10pm.

Bottom line the UK is not two weeks behind the US, it's less than a week behind.
