Evening All
Someone at work mentioned to me that there is a pro forma letter on moneyexpert.com that you can fill in order to claim your bank charges back. Had a look on the site but cant find it. Can anyone shed any light on it?
Had a few charges a while back and thought why not get the money back off them.
